Frumr is an app developed by yours truly, the basic idea behind frumr is twitter-integrated forums, you can create your own forums on whatever subject you like and start telling your friends to join in.
The whole concept behind this is to ‘take it outside’ twitter, because well, you know, twitter is not chat.
